・ Those whose home, car, furniture, etc. has been damaged by the heavy rain

・ Those who have lost their residence card due to the heavy rain

 

You can apply for this certificate at your city or town hall.

With a Disaster Victim Certificate, you can receive benefits and have your residence card reissued.
